Authorization & Consent

I confirm that I am the legal owner of the horse identified above, or that I have legal authority to authorize services for this horse.

I give permission for Jaye Newman to provide a Sacred Heart Communication™ Equine Experience for this horse, which may include respectful observation, intuitive communication, energetic healing, and gentle CranioSacral therapy.

I understand that the horse’s responses, comfort, and willingness to participate will guide the pace and nature of the experience, and that Jaye may pause or discontinue direct interaction when appropriate.

Professional Understanding

I understand that Sacred Heart Communication™ Equine services are complementary wellness and educational services and are not veterinary medicine. Jaye Newman is not a veterinarian and does not diagnose, prescribe, treat veterinary medical conditions, or replace appropriate veterinary care.

Observations and intuitive information shared during the experience are offered for personal awareness and consideration and are not veterinary diagnoses or medical advice. Veterinary concerns, including suspected illness or injury, should be addressed with a licensed veterinarian.

I may withdraw permission for future use by contacting Jaye Newman in writing. I understand that material already published or shared may not be fully retractable. Separate permission may be needed for identifiable people and for photography at the facility.
